Return & Refund Policy

Our "Standard of Truth" Guarantee — At PriMoha, we don't just sell clothes; we guarantee fit. Because every garment undergoes a rigorous in-house physical measurement check.

Return Eligibility & Window

  • 7-Day Window: Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition Requirement: The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original brand tags and price labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items with visible deodorant marks, stretching, fabric tears, or odours will be rejected during our secondary warehouse QC check.

The Return Process

  • Photo-Mandatory Initiation: Customers must upload 1–3 photos showing the product and its attached tags via the PriMoha app to initiate a return.
  • Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup within 48–72 hours.
  • Warehouse Verification: Every returned item is physically re-inspected at our fulfilment centre. Approved returns will trigger an immediate refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Timelines: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item passes warehouse inspection.
  • Refund Options: You may choose a refund to your original payment mode or opt for PriMoha Store Credit.

Standardised Sizing & Product Accuracy

PriMoha operates a proprietary Dual-Sizing System. All products are mapped from individual vendor labels to a universal PriMoha Standard based on indigenous Indian anthropometric data. While we physically measure most garments to ensure they match our master size chart (±2 cm tolerance), slight variations may occur due to fabric stretch or drape.

AI Virtual Try-On (VTO)

Our VTO tool provides a realistic visual simulation of how fabrics drape on diverse Indian body shapes. Please note that AI-generated images are for visualisation purposes and may vary slightly from physical reality based on the user's photo quality and lighting.

Loyalty Programme & User Conduct

  • Points Accrual: Points are awarded for purchases, photo reviews, and No-Return behaviour.
  • UGC Rights: By posting photos in our review section, users grant PriMoha the right to use these images for community fit-guidance purposes.
